Ramazan Sherwani announced about the conference to Kurdistan 24, stating that the 18th high-level meeting of the United Nations regarding Internet governance began on the 8th of this month in Kyoto, Japan, and will conclude today, Monday, October 16.
During the conference, issues related to human rights, digitalization of countries, and the protection of citizens’ data were discussed.
Sherwani noted that the latest types of artificial intelligence were highlighted and showcased at the conference.
The event featured participation from Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General of the UN, Japanese officials, and various prominent leaders from different countries.
